Beginner's MMA Combinations for Self-Defense

Hello Matial Arts Everybody!
Here is some of my basic martial arts combination for beginners. I have created/compiled these striking combination to teach my friends as well as practice myself. Some of them are classic but very effective in real situation and also useful to develop strong foundation for
advancement. I will update more striking combination and also post grappling, MMA, and other self-defense combination in near future. Keep checking for update...

Punch Combination:

1. Jab – Cross – Hook – Uppercut (1 – 2 – 3 – 4)
2. 1 – 2; 2 – 3; 3 – 4; 1 – 4; 1 – 3
3. 1 – Lay back – 2
4. 2 – Lt Uppercut
5. 1 – 2 – 3
6. 2 – Lt Straight – 2
7. 1 – 4 – 3
8. 1 – 2 – Lt Uppercut – Lt Hook
9. Upper Cut – Overhand; Jab –Overhand
10. Jab – Cross – Upper Cut – Overhand
11. Outside slip (against Jab) – Split Jab; Outside slip – Lead Cross
12. Outside Slip (against Jab) – Rt Body Shot – Lt Uppercut + Rt Cross
13. Outside Slip (against Cross) – Lt Liver Shot
14. Outside Slip (against Cross) – Rt. Straight – Lt Liver Shot

Slipping Cycle:
A. Lower Hook – B. Block by Elbow; A. Hook – B. Duciking; A. Straight – B. Outside Slip
B. Lower Hook – Repeate the whole sequence
16. Dipping, Bobbing/ Ducking, Weaving, Slip
Elbow Combination:
1. Cross Elbow (horizontal and angle); Upward Elbow; Downward Elbow
2. Double Elbow Slash
3. Back Elbow
4. Jab – Elbow
Kick Combination:
5. Front Kick (ball of toe & shin);
6. Gastrizein Kick (Straight Heel Kick)
7. Push Kick
8. Round House Kick (inside & outside: Low, Mid, High); switch Round House Kick
9. Knee (straight thrusting & side)
Strike Combination:
1. 1 –Low kick (include high kick)
2. 2 – Switch Low kick (include high kick)
3. 1 – Knee (double) & 2 – Knee
4. 1 – 2 – Roundhouse Kick (low & middle)
5. 1 – 2 – Knee (double)
6. 1 – 2 – 3 – Rt Leg Kick
7. 3 – Rt Low Kick (best of Menor)
8. 2 – 3 – Low Kick
9. 2 –Liver Shot –Low Kick
10. Inside Leg Kick – Right Cross
11. Push – 1 – 2
12. Push – 1 – 2 – Roundhouse Kick (low & middle)
13. Cut kick – Lead Hook – Chopping Kick
Counter Strike:
1. Jab Parry –Lt Kick to liver (while defending)
2. Jab Parry –Lt Elbow–Lt Knee–Rt Elbow
3. Jap parry – step Knee
